A no-holds-barred story about an ex-biker gang leader turned cop, Kenji Date. Operating under the nickname Hyena, Date rubs pretty much everybody within the police force the wrong way as he goes about his business ridding the city of all its scum.

Seiko Miyazawa may look like an ordinary, middle-aged salaryman, but in fact he is the head of the Nadashinkage school of martial arts. Known as the “Silent Tiger”, Seiko is so powerful that he is not only able to dodge bullets but he also holds the life and health of his opponents in his hands. However, his knowledge and understanding of such lethal techniques has made him a kindly man, who prefers to help people rather than harm them.
