Tomoyo Aki: an otaku, and Eriri Spencer Sawamura: a talented artist, are childhood friends, but lately they have grown apart. Will a chance encounter with Megumi Katou; a beautiful girl with a strange penchant for being ‘anonymous’ to the people around her, reignite the friendship they once shared when they join forces to create the best ‘heroine’ doujin ever? Or will Tomoyo be sucked in by his otaku passion to elevate Megumi into a ‘noticeable’ character while ignoring Eriri’s own ideas and feelings in the process?

En route to school one spring day, Tomoya Aki meets the girl of his dreams amid the dancing cherry blossom petals. But his bliss is soon crushed with the realization that the girl on the other end of his fateful encounter is none other than his boring, bland wallflower of a classmate! Now Tomoya, an aspiring video game developer, is on a mission: turn this dull damsel into the heroine of a dating sim…or bust!

Najimi Osana’s goal is to make a fortune in life, but in reality, she hasn’t been having much success in her job. Tsuyuri, a doujin artist and a friend of Najimi, takes her to a convention to help her sell her doujin; and after learning that her childhood friend Justice is a very successful doujin artist, Najimi declares that she will make her fortune by creating doujins of her own. However, Najimi has never created anything close to a doujin before, and will struggle through many difficulties. Together with Tsuyuri, Justice, and Sora, they will work together for Najimi’s sake to gain fame and fortune in the doujin market.
