The only exception from this rule was likely in Fatal Lessons in this Pandemic, where FMC’s parents made her room soundproof, wiith normal door and didn’t tried to barge in when the “tutoring” sessions were happening(at least don’t remember any busting for how much I’ve read it, maybe only her sister “joined” later, as she is on the boat).
