This is the difference between Japanese mnaga and South Korean manwha. Male lead characters are normally weak, timid and pathetic in Japanese manga. While in SK manwha, male lead characters at least try to fight back. Despite the MC’s small stature against his oppressors. Which I can greatly respect that.
